Job Description

• Able to manage online platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee & etc)
• Knowledge in Amazon is an added advantage.
• Update online stores and manage website content (e.g. Product thumbnail, banner, price & etc)
• Assisting to manage and handle customer through online platforms (e.g. chat, phone)
• Assist on prepare monthly sales report across different channels
• Sales monitoring, keep up new online platforms trend and identify new methods for sales campaign.
• Monitoring shipment to ensure parcel delivery time frame as accordance to service level.
• Active plan, manage and implement various online campaign, activities and strategy for all e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Creative/Art/Design Multimedia, Marketing, Business, E-commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in managing online platforms / marketplaces or in related field is a MUST for this position.
• Familiar with e-commerce and social media channels.
• Required language: English , Malay and other language is an added advantage
• Computer literate with knowledge Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.
• Multitasking, problem solving skill and able to work independently.
• Organized, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in E-commerce or equivalent.
