About The Job

Maintain and handle company's full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL.
Performing general accounting functions.
Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and record.
Perform payment processing and ensure payments are made timely, accurately and in accordance to policies.
Update & monitor cash flow, customer & supplier outstanding.
Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, payments, banking transactions and other accounting & admin / HR work.
Bank reconciliation, employees claim & petty cash.
Ensure all filing system are up-to-date and organize.
Assisting in administration duties and HR tasks.
Liaising with Company Secretary, tax agent & auditor.
HR related matters & Payroll preparation

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in accounting / LCCI or
At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Knowledge in using Autocount will be an added advantage.
Matured, able to work independently, Self-motivated, pleasant personality and keen to learn.
Hardworking and with good attitude.
Ability to multi-task.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
