About The Job

  • Maintain and handle company's full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL.
  • Performing general accounting functions.
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and record.
  • Perform payment processing and ensure payments are made timely, accurately and in accordance to policies.
  • Update & monitor cash flow, customer & supplier outstanding.
  • Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, payments, banking transactions and other accounting & admin / HR work.
  • Bank reconciliation, employees claim & petty cash.
  • Ensure all filing system are up-to-date and organize.
  • Assisting in administration duties and HR tasks.
  • Liaising with Company Secretary, tax agent & auditor.
  • HR related matters & Payroll preparation

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in accounting / LCCI or 
  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge in using Autocount will be an added advantage.
  • Matured, able to work independently, Self-motivated, pleasant personality and keen to learn.
  • Hardworking and with good attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
