Job Description
- Manage software and hardware inventory
- Manage purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
- Manage software license subscription and renewalÂ
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and network related issues
- Routine software and OS version upgrade
- Responsible for network administration and network security
- Ensure and assist employee exit checklist is executed
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Commendable experience in network, security, server and troubleshooting.
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
