In this Role, you will get to:
• Develop detailed, quantitative analysis that provides meaningful insights to business performance.
• Analyse reporting metrics of ecommerce revenue, order analysis, product analysis and provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize and improve performance.
• Build, enhance and streamline reports that help team members and internal stakeholders understand the performance of their business and identify action points.
• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement in the future.
• Collaborate closely with internal eCommerce and Marketing team members to develop ad hoc reporting as needed to ensure team has the data needed to hit KPI targets.
• Track marketing expenses versus forecast/budget and standardize and maintain reporting metrics.
• Prepare, review, and distribute regular analysis and reports to key stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Job Requirements
What you will Need to Succeed:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a business analysis, data analysis, reporting or business strategy role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Google Data Studio
• Strong technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, MS SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and related analytic tools.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse and resolve complex problems using data.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
