Job Description

Manage the company’s enterprise IT infrastructure comprising high-security data centers, mission critical application servers, and nationwide payment network.
Design, setup and manage the company’s IT infrastructure as it expands locally or regionally
Manage the security and operational aspects of the infrastructure in line with established security and audit standards. Responsible for audits by PCIDSS/MYCLEAR/BNM.
Research, evaluate, recommend and purchase hardware and software for enterprise operations.
Setup and manage computer hardware and software for enterprise operations, from servers to workstations; web servers; email and communications; specialized servers and tools for software engineering and testing.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computing, IT Engineering, or NetworkinG
Minimum 5 years working experience as systems and network administrator of a substantial computer installation
Experience managing Windows or Linux based systems.
Fully competent in basic system and server tasks – software installation, kernel configuration and installation, security (firewalls, password management, user right/permissions), system and network backup, disaster recovery planning and execution, management of infrastructure servers (ie: web servers, File & Print, etc), and management of VMWare environment.
Able to manage LAN, WAN and WiFi networks as well as Internet, Intranet and VPN connections.
Experience in managing mission critical, high-security installations is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
Able to monitor/maintain/support the infrastructure at server level and network level
Able to work independently or in a team
Able to manage infrastructure team to achieve goal set by the management
Experience in system administration or networking is an advantage.
Experience in VMWare administration and support is an advantage
Strong in managing network equipment like managed switches, routers, and firewalls.
