Job Description

To assist the Processing Team on the KYC process. Ensuring accuracy and demonstrate proactiveness on follow up and follow through with internal team and merchant for timely deliverables.
To assist on data entry, client profiling, document assistance
To support Customer Success Team on their daily tasks & ad-hoc tasks
Work closely with different teams on SOP & SLA creation by preparing data, information required, data research, and records management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree related to business, art, management, and marketing.
2. Excellent command of English and Malay
3. People and details person
