Job Description

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns based on consumer data, business priorities, and sales goals to achieve KPI’s.  
• Manage Facebook ads Performance, monitor budget, test different Ad variations  
• Write Ad copy and work closely with our in-house designer to further improve performance.  
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing and attribution  
• Manage and execute paid search strategies  
• Develop specific marketing strategies to retain customers through CRM/Email marketing  
• Own email marketing to users and leads

Job Requirements

• Digital marketing experience  
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role  
• Demonstrated success running data-driven campaigns (preferable for a B2B business Campaign)  
• Excellent analytical abilities  
• Familiarity with common CRM, email, and marketing automation tools is a plus  
• Good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of English  
• Self-starter, initiative taker  
• Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and share regular performance reports  

• Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification  
• Experience in handling automation marketing tools  
• Knowledge of SEO
