Responsibilities: 
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to achieve sales targets by providing an optimum service to customers 
  • Help customers find the best solution to sell their products on our e-commerce platform. 
  • Attend to customers’ queries by providing accurate information and ensuring that queries are handled professionally 
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform and services offered, to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences 
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to prospective customers 
  • Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales 
  • Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments. 

Job Requirements

Skills & Requirements: 
  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Levels/Pre-U, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field 
  • A minimum of one (1) year of working experience in the telemarketing industry is highly preferable. However, fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) 
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills 
  • Deliver sales with outstanding levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s vision 
  • Knowledge in e-commerce business added advantage 
  • Great communication or interpersonal skills is a plus 
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
