Job Description
- Ensure day to day operation and support of information systems runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Log and process support calls.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications or projects.
- Working continuously on assign task until completion or referral to third parties, if appropriate.
- Rapidly establishing good working relationship with customers and other professionals such as software developers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Computer Science/Information.
- ICT certification from Microsoft/Cisco etc. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling and managing helpdesk procedure and PC support.
- Possess work knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
- Possess knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
- Ability to diagnose and address application issues.
- Ability to think logically and patience.
- Ability to work both individually or as a team.
- Strong customer focus.
