Job Description
We are looking for 4 trainees to fill for sales and business development position, and 3 trainees for technical (engineering) position.
- To complete the 3-month management trainee program designed for sales and business development profession, as well as for technical profession.
- To complete a pre-determined education and evaluation program
- To conduct a presentation of things learned at the end of the tenure
Job Requirements
- Recognized degree (additional academic qualification is an advantage).
- Degree in IT or related field is an advantage
- Excels in written and verbal communications, good at listening and understanding, and good presentation skills
- Takes initiatives and can work under minimum supervision
- Self-motivated, fast learner
- Ability to work effectively and make valuable contributions as a team member
- Demonstrates value selling skills
- Experience in solutions selling and partner management is an added advantage
