Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Actively seeking and solicit clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties.
- Show selected properties to prospective buyers in order to showcase options and help them find the right property.
- Advertise and promote selected properties and the general brand in order to attract clients and draw traffic to the selected properties.
- Advise clients on best practices in light of market conditions, general prospects and other relevant impacting factors.
- Ensure that all real estate transictions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations to the sale of a property.
- Commission and bonus per closing.
- No basic salary.
Job Requirements
Required
- Must possess at least SPM/STPM/”A” Levels/Pre-University in any field
- Must possess a valid driver license and own transportation
Preferred
- A licenses real estate agent
- Experience with sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local property
