Job Description
1. Do inspection of the construction process to make sure that all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specifications.
2. Closely follow inspection guidelines/ Site Inspection Check List to perform a variety of complex/ critical inspection procedures and produce reports.
3. Perform routine inspection by following thus position Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of site visitation. Perform to QC site before installation, first day of installation, during installation, and last day of installation.
4. Responsible to fill in the Installation Quality Controller site duty order.
5. Perform routine inspection with follow up tightly in the defect installation, to perform daily defect report and act as liaison between Sales Department and Operation Department.
Job Requirements
1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Manufacturing.
2. At least 3 Year (s) of working experience in the related field (Cabinetry/ Furniture).
3. Required language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
5. Possess skills in organization, teaching, and details oriented planning so that they can coordinate with departments, clients (homeowner), contractors/ sub-con.
6. Perform full authority for personnel/ super emergency actions.
