Job Description
1. Plan, organize and manage an animation production to ensure it goes as smooth as possible.
2. Manage the day-to-day operation of the departments assigned. Monitors daily movement of shots in those departments.
3. Assist the Director/Production Leaders with the planning of the production.
4. Follow up by departments all outstanding works needed to be pushed to meet deadlines.
5. Applies departmental schedules and reporting systems, based on the master production schedule and tracking system.
6. Identifies existing or potential problem areas that may affect the animation schedule and coordinates with Director/Production Leaders to develop solutions to ensure that problem areas are solved.
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications.
2. At least 2 year(s) experience working as a Project Coordinator /Manager preferably in animation.
3. Experience in 3D animation production.
4. A thorough knowledge of the animation process and good knowledge of the creative side of animation production.
5. Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies including Excel etc.
6. Good verbal and written in the English language. The ability to speak and write in Chinese will be an added advantage.
7. Strong team player with good communications skills and ability to facilitate resources across departments.

9. Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
