About The Job
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Continuously seek for strategies to explore new market via offline or online to expand insurance business within your team
- Actively creating awareness to public about financial planning
- Providing comprehensive financial analysis and planning to customer to meet customer's needs
- Focus on active engagement with customers and develop strong professional relationship through high network customer service by helping our customer making right decision in financial planning
- To achieve monthly and yearly sales target by promoting financial products for individual and SME or corporate companies (insurance, unit trust, PRS etc.)
- Responsible in recruiting team members who have high desire to achieve their life goals
- Attending training for self development.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Malaysian Nationality ONLY
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is preferred . However, fresh graduates with degree are welcome to apply.
- High interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, Unit Trust & Sales will be added advantage
- Possess a strong existing network of contacts in various industry segments and organizations
- Ex-banker or other insurance agents are welcome to apply
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to growth
