Job Description
- Promote all types of AIA products to customers.
- Evaluate business or individual customer’s needs and financial status and propose products/plans that meet their criteria.
- Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling and using referral.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Training will be provided.
- Source, recruit and develop your own sales team members (for promotion to Assistant Unit Manager - Unit Manager - District Manager)
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Business/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Ex-banker, Accountant, Auditor, Engineer, Pharmaceutical or other insurance agent are welcome to apply.
- Willingly to work under training system.
- Positive attitude and willing to take up challenges.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing and/or other related field. .
- Person with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passionate about sales.
