Some companies send their staff through
boring meticulous training and workshops to waste time only empower their employees with carefully curated sets of knowledge and skills. But over here, empowerment happens when an employee is able to have the authority to make sound key decisions about the work he or she does in regards to the development of a project. In order to prepare our team to do that, we ensure that every single member of the team goes through and understands the ideation process of the project and its concept.

super boring workshops and seminars, we create opportunities to rope in ideas from every department. We learn together and we learn from each other. We make room for creative conversations to spark ideas and innovation.
When someone new joins our team, we task everyone with making that person feel welcomed and inspired. We feel that all opinions are valued and strive to help them speak up as it can be quite scary to voice out in a new environment.
