● Social Media i.e., Facebook marketing, Instagram & Tik Tok
● Communication, calling and public speaking skills
● Market study, competitor analysis and SWOT analysis
● Sales presentation and sales closing skill
● Administration and documentation related to property purchase
● Property Industry knowledge
● Opportunity to enhance your exposure by meeting up with developers, lawyers, bankers, investors and different type of buyers
