Responsibilities
- To make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote simple BIMA products;
- To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of insurance product;
- To identify opportunity to up-sell insurance products and to provide services to prospective customers;
- Provide workable resolutions to customers’ enquiries;
- Work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales target are met; and
- To assist team leader or unit head on any ad-hoc project.
Job Requirements
Requirement
- Candidate must have at least Credit in BM, English & Mathematics.
- Speaks fluent Bahasa Malaysia, and good English.
- Ideally at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
