Job Description
1. P&L
a. Achieve of revenue, profit & market share target
b. Marketing budget management and compliance
2. Marketing plan & execution
a. Generate consumer and market insight from marketing research and competitive intelligence
b. Develop insight-based marketing strategy & plan
c. Create marketing communication materials
d. Manage owned digital media/content (website, apps, social media), paid media (digital advertising) and earned media/PR
3. Product / brand management
a. Manage product portfolio & sourcing from insurance company
b. New product development starting from the concept to address consumer pain point, create value proposition, product design, customer journey/experience, communication and go-to-market plan
c. Pricing management based on financial and market data to achieve P&L target
d. Promotion planning and execution
e. Speak and present our product both internally and externally
Job Requirements
Requirement :
1. Experience as: Brand Manager / Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager, preferably from multinational company
2. Strong understanding about product journey and development
3. having sufficient knowledge about marketing tools and channel.
4. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Creative thinker with a vision
8. Attention to details
9. Bachelor or master degree in Management, Marketing, or Communications or similar relevant field from reputable university.
