Job Description

  • Regularly reviewing to identify cross selling opportunities and embed client loyalty by meeting / fulfilling all their needs. 
  • Responsible for achieving individual and agency targets by selling the principle Takaful Family product and services to achieve the overall sales targets
  • Proactively and consistently analysis / reviewing customers need using needs based selling approach to offer various financial solutions and build strong customer relationship to retain and grow the customers wealth based on 4 pillars of financial planning
  • Ensuring the constant update to customers on Takaful new principle products and services to fulfill customer needs
  • Job Opportunity for a good & Unlimited Earning opportunity. 
  • Basic Salary + Commission: Opportunity to earn up RM5,000 & above. 
  • Monday- Friday (9:30 AM - 06:30 PM)
  • Product training will be provided
  • Very comfortable office environment - Hospitality and Friendly 


Job Requirements

  • Malay Only 
  • Female & Male 
  • Have a minimum experience in Calling
  • Age within the range of 21 - 35 years old 
  • Qualification: Diploma and above (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Language Required: English | Bahasa Malaysia | Mandarin/Cantonese 
  • Posses good Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Sales & Marketing 
  • Able to work independently to drive performance 
  • Persistent and patient to handle queries and rejections
  • Independent and Self-Motivated 
  • Responsible and willing to learn   
  • Aggressive and enthusiasm
