Job Description:
· Prospecting, acquiring new and review existing clients by becoming a trusted adviser to them. Regularly reviewing to identify cross selling opportunities and embed client loyalty by meeting / fulfilling all their needs.
· With your willingness to learn, we provide you with the best training to groom and have you grown into a better and healthier individual in life both mentally and physically.
· Your communication and determination to be comfortable with yourself your ability to explain information in a pleasant manner to potential clients so they understand why they need your product even though you might be rejected in the beginning.
· Ensuring the constant update to customers on Insurance new principal products and services to fulfil customer needs.
· Mastering of your products well and remain aware as well as organized with the details of your new policies available for all clients in order to be able to update them about it.
· Responsible for achieving individual and agency targets by selling the principal Insurance product and services to achieve the overall sales targets.
· Proactively and consistently analysis / reviewing customers need using needs based selling approach to offer various financial solutions and build strong customer relationship to retain and grow the customers wealth based on 4 pillars of financial planning.
· Leadership abilities help you to advance in the company, becoming a unit manager or stepping higher levels in a corporation. Which might allow you to eventually own your independent agency by becoming a District Manager.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· A recognized SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification
· Age in between 21 to 45 years old
· PCE+CEILI or PCIL certificate
· Minimum of Two (2) years working experience
· Communication, client focus and influencing skills
· Sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
· Able to communicate in Malay & English
· Own transport
· Only Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply
