Job Description

• Experience in App/Web base conferences & exhibition management.
• Preparation of proposals in response to clients’ requirements and expectations
• Good contacts in the industry & suppliers base
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners
• Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
• Have technical knowledge in virtual event management 
• Responsible for all aspects of the events activities
• Creative in planning and implementing
• Deal with team to work with suppliers & supervise their works as per client’s expectation
• Leadership quality to lead & grow the team

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably understand Chinese as need to deal with China clients from time to time.
• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Aggressive, Creative, Dynamic and able to work independently in servicing customers and able to manage events with smooth flow & with great satisfaction. 
• Must have a good command of spoken/ written English.
• Must have own transport, willing to travel.
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.
