Job Description

• Contribute to the development of a robust culture which promotes the desired values and behaviours; 
• Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics, to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture; 
• To scope and implement a clear Employee Value Proposition in support of talent attraction and employer branding;
• Developing an overarching people strategy that aligns with the Company, with an emphasis on building capability and workforce planning;
• Driving a collaborative approach to internal communication which reflects a modern, consistent and engaging approach to embedding the values and culture throughout the organisation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in related roles; 
• Significant experience of initiating, delivering, leading and embedding change initiatives;
• Proven experience of developing and implementing an organisation-wide People Plan;
• Demonstrated experience in organisational and culture development; 
• Proven experience in a multi-faceted organisational context, with an emphasis on quality service delivery and results.
