Job Description
Business Operations Associates (BOAs) enable and support our clients' sales and marketing activities. BOAs operate and optimise business processes, performing business analysis, maintain deliverables as well as respond to our Team's + Client's requests.
As a BOA, you will:
Understand client business issues, our operation business rules, data-entry, as well as our standard operating procedures
Incorporate process changes in response to evolving business needs
Operate business processes for clients on a periodic basis, to include:
- Administer all issues for client businesses and operational needs, as well as help in administering in all processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders (Company, Partnerships, et al).
- Performing your assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Develop a business dashboard on monthly basis and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure appropriate preparation of all financial reports for management.
- Provide support to all monetary processes in accordance to our SOPs.
- Coordinate with various departments and design strategies for all business operation projects.
- Maintain knowledge on all modern trends as well as assist in our Socials.
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshoot on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Administer all reports and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Coordinate with colleagues for monitoring all data reporting.
- Manage and respond to Team's + Clients ad-hoc requests.
- Using micoLEAP's proprietary software and enterprise applications to create error-free deliverables
