About The Job

  • Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with client’s guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
  • Defines customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
  • Monitor all license expiry and alert supervisor if license expiring.
  • Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
  • Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
  • Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
  • Collaborates with other team members (e.g when deployed patches have issues)
  • Handle DR activities.
  • Participate in client’s AGM infra management setup & monitoring during event.
  • Standby 24/7 for server related issues.
  • Familiar with Wintel is a must.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly report (including Saturday & Sunday)
Windows Server 
  • Able to install and configure Windows Servers, add/remove Server Role & features.
  • Know how to perform Windows Server maintenance, basic troubleshooting skills (IIS, MSSQL, etc).
  • Familiar with PowerShell to perform tasks.
Microsoft Active Directory 
  • Must understands the structure of client’s organizational unit (OU)
  • Able to read and apply Group Policy Object (GPO)
  • Strong knowledge in using PowerShell to perform task in Active Directory Module.
  • Regularly check and troubleshoot AD Replication status between Domain Controllers.
  • Maintain & perform DNS clean up.
Microsoft Exchange Server 
  • Must understands the differences between client’s mailboxes.
  • Regularly check and maintain mailboxes replication between Exchange Servers.
  • Able to manage mailbox resources (clean up resources mailbox), able to read, create and edit mail rules.
  • Know how to use Exchange Management Shell to perform task and troubleshooting.
Shared Folder & Drives 
  • Understands client’s shared drives.
  • Able to create and edit Replication Group and Folders using DFS Management.
  • Regularly check replication status and report between PRD and DRY servers.
  • Able to use DFSN Module in PowerShell to troubleshoot replication issues.
System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) 
  • Able to read, understand SCOM alerts, install, create and authoring Management Packs.
  • Know how to create reports & notification, deploy, install and troubleshoot SCOM agents.
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 
  • Know how to create, deploy Software Update Groups.
  • Able to create and deploy Application & Packages.
  • Able to groups Device Collections, install & manage SCCM Sites Server.
  • Know how o create and manage Boundaries & Distribution Points
  • Know how to perform SCCM Queries & Reports.
Sophos Endpoint Security (Anti-Virus) 
  • Create, edit and manage Sophos Policies.
  • Know how to manage Sophos Update and Distribution
  • Able to read and compile report
VMware VSphere 
  • Able to create & deploy virtual machines
  • Familiar with Vsphere Client
  • Know how to pull servers health and performance report
  • Know how to troubleshoot Vmware alerts

Job Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any IT related discipline
  • Fresh graduates with strong work commitment are encouraged to apply
  • One to two years’ experience in System Integration or IT services industry is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics
  • Willing to learn new technologies as required or provided
  • Own mode of transportation required
