Job Description

• Owning and facilitating the SCRUM process across multiple teams with the mastery of agile SCRUM principles.
• Ensuring the synergy between the product owners, SCRUM teams, and the sales & community team.
• Facilitate the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and release plan, ensuring team members understand the objectives and the current sprint priorities.
• Work collaboratively with the product owners to remove roadblocks while impeding the product’s development.
• Supporting the team, mitigate risks, and ensure proper resource utilization.
• You are a team-based servant leader who is responsible for facilitating daily SCRUM, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach and inspire the team to reach for a higher level of Scum maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Building an environment of trust where conflicts can be resolved in a healthy way while continuously improving transparency.

Job Requirements

• Certified SCRUM master with 2+years of experience in managing more than 2 SCRUM teams.
• A people person, good in coaching and motivating your team.
• Comfortable liaising with different stakeholders within and outside of the organization, encourages the open exchange of information and viewpoints effectively and healthily.
• Have a proactive approach to your work, goal-oriented with the ability to assist with project deliverables and instill a sense of urgency to achieve goals in a fast-paced organization.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in teams.
• Have a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
• Experienced in using SCRUM tools, hands-on JIRA to manage work/backlogs.

• Knowledge in the property industry.
• Worked for a technology company in the past.
