Job Description

•  Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research and competitive benchmarking to better understand and optimize the customer journey.
•  Lead, communicate and align executive levels and teams on the product vision and strategies.
•  Collaborate with other teams, to gather, review, prioritise and launch of products that enable customers to have a frictionless, engaging digital customer experience.
•  Translate roadmap initiatives into digestible EPICs and tasks with clear prioritization among features.
•  Help your team get the best out of their day: unblock them, check in with them daily, retrospect as a team, plan ahead and manage availability, and give regular feedback.
•  Track usage of the product and feed that information into planning and delivery.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years Product Management experience, product development or equivalent consultant experience.
•  Experience with agile development teams and workflows within JIRA, Confluence and similar systems.
•  Passionate about real estate industry with an understanding of the holistic landscape.
•  Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans.
•  Understanding on Google Analytics or any data tracking tools preferred.
•  Ability to prioritize opportunities, thinking critically about size of prize and feasibility.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Comfortable actively working with engineers and participating in technical discussions.
•  Experience in the customer discovery and product requirement development process.
•  Detail-orientated with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.
•  Exposure to AI and ML projects is a plus.
