Job Description
About the role
We are seeking for a product designer to define and design the solutions to help MHub customers get the most value out of our products. As a designer on our team, you will put on your creative thinking while engaging in early stage research and ideation, and then supporting implementation and iteration.
Youโll be responsible for producing end-to-end, holistic user experiences and engineering ready design deliverables, maintaining a high standard in visual quality and design structure that makes the user journey seamless and delightful.
What you'll do
- Run the whole product design cycle for a variety of initiatives: from defining problems and generating the solutions to testing it with users and then implementing your high fidelity design to production.
- Participate in user and competitive landscape research with product managers to generate design solutions.
- Create UX deliverables as well as visual and interaction design for your initiatives.
- Validate your design solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, growth and community teams to develop deep empathy for MHub customers and translate them into design solutions that deliver value to the customers.
- Collaborate with software engineers to reach high-quality implementation.
- Contribute to the Design System collaborating with other designers to maintain design consistency across all products.
- Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience with proven track records of product design for both web and app.
- Experience with user-centred design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in common design & implementation tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Marvel, Adobe XD, etc)
- Ability to demonstrate consistent end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals.
- Designing product solutions with business impact. Experience designing for both B2B and B2C will be a bonus.
- Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Analytical thinking and ability to have a holistic vision of the system as a whole.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Growth mindset, desire for continuous learning and evolving.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis (nice to have).
