Job Description
- Applying cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes
- Designing, developing, and implementing software integrations based on user feedback
- Troubleshooting production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment
- Implementing automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
- Analysing code and communicating detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects
- Collaborating with team members to improve the company's engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security
- Implementing smooth development team onboarding processes
- Optimising the company's computing architecture
- Conducting systems tests for security, performance, and availability
- Developing and maintaining design and troubleshooting documentation
Job Requirements
- Be an expert in code deployment tools
- Possess a strong command of software-automation production systems
- Have experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring
- Have knowledge of serverless & microservices architectures
- Have knowledge of the Agile software development methodology
- Have knowledge of version-control systems like Git
- Be able to lead a team of developers
- Be flexible in learning/keeping up with new technologies
It'll be great if you are:
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS) suite of products
- Familiar with Go & JavaScript programming languages
- Familiar with ECMAScript 2019 and beyond
- Familiar with frameworks like Node.js, React.js or Flutter
- Familiar with testing frameworks
