Job Description

• Providing consultation on strategic planning with top executives to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.
• Handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Experienced in managing the entire spectrum of HR .
• Develop and engaged in periodic review of HR policies and Practices at least once a year.
• Assist to develop HR Strategies on orientation, recruitment, staff retention, Overtime Policy and etc.
• Ensure all operational policies and procedures are in accordance with the relevant laws and statutory requirement and regulations skills.
• Involved in the continuous updated employment terms and sources of labour supply and develop a recruitment strategy to ensure availability of cost effective foreign workers in meeting the company man power needs.

Job Requirements

1. At least 9 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
2. Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resource.Female candidate only
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
4. Language required- Spoken and written English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Required Skills: HRIS, Compensation & Benefits,Recruitment, Foreign Workers Management, Learning and Development, IR & ER,Microsoft Office.
6. Willing to work in Serdang Seri Kembangan.
