About The Job

  • The support engineer is responsible handle queries (via Team Viewer) from customer
  • To identify problem / solution for customer request / complain
  • To deliver solution / Hot fixed to customer

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): Basic Networking / PC Hardware, MS SQL Server
  3. Required language(s): Chinese, English
  4. Must be able to speak MANDARIN (Chinese) to ensure smooth communication with end-user support.
  5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
