Job Description
The business development role at Metapair will require someone who is excited to be involved in both sales and customer success. You can be expected to be involved in the following activities:
The Role
Business Development & Marketing
- Presenting & Pitching at Events
- Putting together pitch decks and user journeys
- Putting together campaign proposals and ideas
- Engaging with new clients and increasing product sales
- Curating end-to-end marketing strategy
- Reaching out to partners & negotiating deals
- Creating marketing collateral
- Putting together a sales strategy
- Working with key marketing personnel on joint projects
Campaign & Account Management
- Managing a campaign and managing client accounts
- Performing post-campaign analysis for clients
- Client retention
Team Management
- Managing a team of interns
- Responsible for hiring interns through own initiative or with the help of HR
- Directing interns to help with lead generation
- Directing interns to help with marketing materials
Product Management
- Documenting the brand partnership & creative process for the development team
- Working closely with the product development team to provide feedback
- Communicating client requirements to the product team
- Testing out prototypes and providing feedback
