Job Description

• To work closely with the Team Leader to formulate effective sales and marketing activities.
• To make cold calls/telemarketing to sell and market products.
• To execute sales, rent, sub sale and projects in an ethical, integrity and professional manner.
• To prepare all sales related documents and attend to customer’s enquiry related to pre or post sales matters according to our compliance process.
• To assist, provide support and follow up with purchasers on the completion of sales transaction including signing of SPA and loan application within the stipulated time frame.
• To follow up closely and liaise with owners/purchasers, lawyers, bankers, sales admin department and any relevant parties to ensure smooth flow of sales process.
• To execute all approved marketing strategies and activities.
• To conduct market research on market study and competitive pricing.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates and part-time with drive and energy to succeed are encouraged to apply.
• Senior with experienced guidance will be provided to transform you into Potential Top Sales Achiever.

•  Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required Language(s) : Mandarin, Cantonese, English
• Candidate with Self-disciplined, highly committed, self-motivated and pleasant personality.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.
