Job Description

• To be the key person in planning for online marketing activities such as social media platform ie. FB page & Instagram.
• Support end to end digital branding for the website, social media platforms and traditional print channels from requirements and design.
• Promote company events and promotion through online platform.
• Video edit and posting in Youtube.
• Conduct market research and generate reports of the Property Market in relation to product pricing, new launches and marketing activities.
• Perform tracking on marketing activities outcome and report to director.
• Manage the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, and flyers.
• Plan, propose and implement marketing plan in the areas of event, advertising & promotion.
• Liaise with other departments for contents checking.
• Liaise with suppliers for printing and delivering.
• Create and design Power Point slides.
• Any other tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration/Mass Communications or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of related working experience is required.
• Property/Real estate experience will be added advantage.
• Required skills(s): Online Marketing, Sales & Communication.
• Candidate with min 3 years of Youtube, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaign management would be an advantage.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently with all levels of management, good analytical and communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Kuala Lumpur.
