Job Description

• Create and maintain accurate and updated records of periodic orders;
• Co-ordinate with sales team by managing schedule, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
• Update data into system;
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned or needed by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level or above.
• Proficient in excel and MS office.
• Conversant with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Proactive personality and good initiative in solution findings.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
