Account cum HR Executive
Job Description:
1. Finance

· Able to handle full set of accounts, accounts book-keeping & monthly management reports

· Preparing sales invoice, receipt and other accounting documents

· Managing the full spectrum of payroll process

· Responsible for timely processing of payroll and submission of related statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN)

· Liaise with banker, government authority, company secretary, auditor and tax agent

· Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the management from time to time

· Responsible for daily accounting operation and record transaction

· Prepare division budgets or profit& loss statement

· Responsible for AR, AP, GL and Bank Reconciliation  

· Able to complete reports before "deadlines"

2.   Human Resources

· Provide General HR field support for various HR & Admin functions including payroll & HRIS.

· Assist in development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, processes & projects.

· Administer compensation and benefit plans.

· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

· Administer employee relation and retention program.

· Assist in executing & administrate training & development plans.

· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Business Studies/ Administration/Management/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent• Proficient in English

2. 2 years and above experience in Accounting is REQUIRED or HR related matters

3. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MYOB Accounting and UBS Payroll Software will be an added advantage• Priority to those who are able to commence work "IMMEDIATELY
