Job Description
Responsibility
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Implement a strategic plan that expands company's customer base
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Handle sales enquiry from potential and existing customers and subsequently follow up with negotiation to close deals
- Handle customers' request and complaints
- Coordinate with Plant Manager to ensure production meets sales target

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Preferred with degree or diploma
- Sales Executive - Experience in sales
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal & customer relation skills
- Being multilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and dialects as you will be required to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers locally and from China
- Dynamic and results driven
- Technical knowledge in manufacturing of ready-mixed concrete, cement or related areas will be prioritized but not necessary
