Job Description

• Manage, develop, coach, and motivate a sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong brand presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Partake in sales events and activities in order to drive the company's sales 
• Sales pitch planning and team KPI monitoring
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Conduct market research such as identifying market trends while keeping an eye on relevant market competitors 

Job Requirements

• Successful previous sales related experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrate an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Relevant experience or passion in the entertainment, fashion, street wear industry, and start-up scene is a plus 
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Sales Pitching, Sales Training, Sales Planning, Team Management
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
