Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, and product branding campaigns to increase key metrics.
• Conduct market research on competitors marketing campaigns, brand positioning and awareness.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Managing social media which may include but not limited to Facebook & Instagram to increase brand value and drive website traffic.
• Plan and execute content strategies for in-house campaigns.
• Strategize and explore new initiatives to further grow and improve engagement through content.
• Manage marketing budget based on set objectives and targets.
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
• Research and analyse potential strategic partnership opportunities with media.
• Media monitoring and systematic archiving of media coverage.

Job Requirements

• 4-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, public relations, and community management.
• Knowledge and interest in entertainment, fashion, street wear is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus
• Solid knowledge in using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience using marketing automation and optimization systems.
• Experience of A/B testing and optimization of landing pages and user funnels.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Possess entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen.
• Possess strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail.
• A team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confident working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
