Job Description

This job requires you to maintain a full set of conference accounts using accounting software, perform data entry and filing, prepare reports and at times present to client during meetings. You will also be required to be onsite during events and will have exposure to event and conference management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Candidates must have good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word. 
  • Knowledge in accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience • Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong spoken and written command of the English language.

A heads-up, we have international clients so we work to suit our international clients' time zone.

Our new norm is a combination of work in office and remote work (hence Work Life Integration) so we look for team members with good wifi connectivity at home. Right now our standard is at least 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home.
