About The Job

  • Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting and schedule arrangements for superior with staff, business partners and customers which includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipments and facilities as appropriate.
  • Works closely with other team members to assure superior's preparation for meeting, presentation and other engagements.
  • Maintaining personal files and matters
  • To deliver enrolments targets and provide excellent sales services
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers throughout the enrolment process and achieve defined sales objectives.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to start immediately
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business or equivalent.
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
