Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager to plan, strategize and manage campaigns
- Create and maintain clear lines of communication between the client and internal teams
- Assist with defining project priorities, job scopes and timely deliverables
- Prepare status report to keep clients and peers updated
- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Monitoring all stages of campaigns to make sure that they run smoothly
- Offering creative ideas to account manager to develop exciting campaigns
- Take charge of project management to keep campaigns well-managed and organized
Job Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Excellent understanding of Digital Media
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Good Project Management skills
- Pro-active approach to creative campaigns
- Awareness of technical processes and techniques
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Reliable and work smart
- 1-2 years’ experience in advertising, digital media or other related industries
