About The Job

  • To carry out the implementation of MPB's policy management framework and Limits of Authority (LOA) framework.
  • To act as a change agent to create awareness to employees at all level.
  • Facilitate policies and procedures owners in developing and reviewing policies, procedures and Limits of Authority (LOA) for the Group.
  • Assist in facilitating Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities (e.g Risk assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), awareness session).
  • Assist in implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities annually (update, training and testing). 
  • To monitor and update the status of policy and procedures and Limits of Authority (LOA).
  • To follow up with relevant stake holders on the agreed action items.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Legal, IT, Finance or any related fields.
  • Experience at least 3-5 years in related fields - Policy Management / Corporate Governance / Process Documentation.  
  • Excellence understanding on business process (e.g process mapping, process documentations) and able to translate process flow into policy or procedure documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional responsibilities with internal units and external liaison. 
  • Uphold integrity – demonstrate openness, honesty and trustworthy in all we do as well as dealing with customers, suppliers, co-workers, shareholders and the communities where we have an impact
