Job Description

1. Champion the overall brand functions including market research. 
2. Conceptualise, plan and implement overall brand plans to assist in the long and medium term strategies of the organisation. 
3. Strategise and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand values of products to improve market share.
4. Oversee planning & execution of marketing/social marketing plans and responsible for the overall branding performance with creative promotional ideas. 
5. Constantly updated on digital / online trends, aware of the competitors product and on top of new marketing activities. 

Job Requirements

1.  A recognised Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration or related discipline, with at least 5 years experience in brand management and development. 
2.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional responsibilities with internal units and external liaison. 
3. Self motivated, hands-on, independent and able to work under fast paced environment and within tight schedules. 
4. Good negotiation and presentation skills.
