About The Job

  • Responsible for management of internal stakeholders (clients) digital projects 
  • Maintain excellent relationship clients 
  • Manage overview and monitor progress of working units or teams assigned to the project execution  
  • Main point of contact for client assigned to collect initial requirement to be discussed internally. To connect the working unit/team suits to requirements. 
  • Monitor progress of working unit/team assigned to task & to make sure task are delivered according to agreed time frame. Provides update to client on task progress. 
  • Actively pursue new opportunities (fresh and innovative ideas) with/for the client assigned to quarterly updates to the respective clients on new digital trends.
  •  Using knowledge and skills to push client & the working unit/team in the most productive direction. Generate task report to Ad hoc task status if required monthly overall summary for client & internal. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management and client servicing profile, preferably in digital field 
  •  High level of understanding on digital projects (web, app development) 
  • Great communication skills to bridge technical teams with clients and to ensure key messaging is delivered 
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills 
  • Self- motivated 
  • Great presentation skills
