Job Description
PRE CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Forecast inventory requested by Sales
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Setup campaign according to the details, Send weekly reminder to Sales for creative/ booking form & obtain Editor’s approval for certain ad formats that required special approval (Print sites only)
MONITOR CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE - Monitor campaign delivery, Send interim report, Alert Sales on any delivery issues & Provide suggestions/ extension to prevent under delivery
PERFORM TESTING ON NEW AD FORMATS - Implement script for the new ad formats on respective sites & Feedback on issue to display or click on the ads
YIELD MANAGEMENT - Optimize the eCPM settings of each ad network partners on ad server to increase competitiveness among them
PROVIDE SUPPORT TO SALES ON AUDIENCE SELLING - Educate the sales on audience sale, Update the sales with the latest data/ info of the available audience segments & Develop case studies for Audience targeted campaigns
OPTIMIZE CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE - Analyze & prepare insights report for Post Campaign Report, Provide recommendation, Analyze & research on valuable interest that might be a go to market segment, Create new segments & Update the segment definition to include any new insights from the historical campaign
NEW RODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Develop lookalike modeling, Develop cross device offering & Test & setup campaigns on ad server on new Lotame implementation on ad serving
Job Requirements
Degree in related field.
- 2 to 4 years in a similar or supporting role.
- Must be from digital advertising operations background
- Knowledge on online advertising operations is an added advantage
- Fluent in English, strong written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Self-starter, out-going and able to multi-task
- Detail-oriented, high work ethic, great organizational skill
