Job Description
- Identify & translate market & customer opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve revenue profit target
- Develop and implement processes to identify management's intelligence needs
- Lead the Business Intelligence team; design & deliver insightful analysis to support the management in making correct strategic and operational decisions.
- Improve existing and future processes through data intelligence
- Recommend and drive process changes based on robust analysis of operational data and user behaviour
Job Requirements
- High analytical skills & results oriented
- Experience with business intelligence and data warehouse
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
