Transport Network Track
Areas of exposure:
- Automation and software control transport network
- End-to-end fibre automation tools
Core Network Track
Areas of exposure:
- Cloud and Network virtualisation’s design principles
- Process & workflow automation via NFV & SDN
Radio Network Track
Areas of exposure:
- 4G and 5G radio coverage design and indoor coverage enhancement techniques
- Quality and capacity management tools required to deliver leading mobile network quality and data experience
Network Rollout Track
Areas of exposure:
- Project management knowledge and principles
- vendor management relationship / partnership
- site inventory automation and sustainability control
- Civil and Structure technical knowledge and Local Council (LC) setback requirement
- State government policy and directions
- Processes and on-line database management
- Facilities Dashboard & Analysis
- Predictive Planning & Solutions
- Predictive on energy consumption and facilities management usage.
- Continuous Improvement/Efficiency methodology for facilities and QS
- Exposure handling corporate customers.
- Communication & presentation skills with Corporate stakeholders.
Network Services Track
Areas of exposure:
- Exposure to medium size data crunching and exposure to digitalization and huddle (Greyhound board) – stand up meeting and sharing of information
- Exposure to learn on Enterprise deliverables.
- Hands on exposure to SDWAN
- Data Analytics
Network Operations Track
Areas of exposure:
- End to End Network Customer complaint journey for Mobile, Fixed, Home & Enterprise.
- Insight on key network complaints drivers (controllable and not controllable drivers)
- Introduction to various systems and tools in handling complaints.
- Intro on Digital & ML/AI adoptions in Ops that lead into proactive customer experience
- Hands-on experience on overall Mobile network design and architecture
- Hands-on experience on service assurance process, system and technical expertise requirement
- Exposure on technical analysis and continuous improvement program
- Exposure on Net Ops digital ambition and journey
- Hands-On experience (touch and feel) on network elements assurance
- Field Ops Digital journey
- Exposure on Facilities (M&E) Management
Network Industry Track
Areas of exposure:
- Intro to standards (eTOM, ITIL, ISO)
- Process Management (creation, dashboard/monitoring, optimization)
- Auditing & certification
- Agile WoW
- Continuous Improvement/Efficiency methodology (ex PDCA, DMAIC)
- Project/Program Management (ex Greyhound, Cybernetic, Zodiac)
- Intro to Digital streams (BI, RPA, AI/ML)
