Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. To handle daily Administration work inclusive of answering incoming calls, receiving sales order, generate invoice, arrange delivery and prepare necessary documents and activity progress report.
  2. Liaise with customers and company sales representative to resolve all enquiries and needs.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM level.
  2. Candidate who with or without working experience are encouraged to apply.
  3. Preferable has computer knowledge in Excel and words, AutoCount system.
  4. Has the ability to prioritize work, goodself initiative and responsible attitude.


Salary to offer : Basic monthly RM 1800
Staff Benefits : Company Trip, Yearly annual bonus and increment.
