About The Job

  • You will be providing sales administrative support for the Asia Pacific and Europe activities for the sales team, such as generating customer sales invoices, software license and delivering these to customers.
  • You assist sales in initiating new contacts, warming up leads and become the first contact for customers if there is license issues. 
  • You will manage a wide variety of office administration tasks (travel arrangement, receptionist, couriers, stationery, purchasing, etc).
  • You are flexible, but organized and dedicated, such that responsibilities and routine can change on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • You have Bachelor certification
  • Experience in office working environment with purchasing background is preferred 
  • You are organized, punctual way and have a high attention to detail;
  • You act in a flexible matter, prioritizing your work depending on the business’ needs;
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to tele-communicate with customers well
  • Good grasp of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
